These terms govern use of rabet.solutions and dealings with services offered by Rabet Solutions (“Rabet”). A service shown on the website does not imply an account-based or subscription product unless a separate agreement expressly provides one.
Services
Rabet presents website and software development, integrations, automation, and technical consulting services. A separate proposal or contract defines each project’s scope, deliverables, timing, fees, and responsibilities.
Acceptable use
You must use the website lawfully and must not disrupt it, bypass safeguards, seek unauthorized access, transmit harmful material, or infringe another person’s rights.
Enquiries and applications
Submitting a contact form or job application does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance, a quotation, or employment. Information you provide must be accurate, and you should not send confidential data we have not requested.
Intellectual property
Rabet’s and its licensors’ marks, designs, text, and published software remain protected by law. You may not copy or republish them without permission except where law allows. Project contracts separately govern ownership and delivery of custom work.
